1.) Payments
Payments for all physical products are due at the time of purchase. Payment arrangements are not available for any physical products. Any payment arrangements for physical products must be coordinated with your payment processor. Products orders will not be fulfilled until a full payment for the entire cart order has been received.
Payments for all digital products are due at the time of purchase. Payment arrangements are not available for any digital products. Any payment arrangements for digital products must be coordinated with your payment processor. Digital products orders will not be fulfilled until a full payment for the entire cart order has been received.
Payments for consulting services will be determined at the time of your initial consultation. Your initial invoice with your payment schedule (if any) will be provided to you electronically at the completion of your initial consultation. Payment arrangements for consulting services must be coordinated with your consultant.
Consulting services will not commence until half (50%) of your total consulting invoice has been paid. Upon submitting half (50%) of your total invoice, you will receive an invitation to schedule your consulting services.
2.) Late Payments
There is no way to create a late payment for a physical or digital product. Payments for all physical and digital products are due at the time of purchase. Payment arrangements are not available for any physical or digital products.
PHYSICAL AND DIGITAL PRODUCT ORDERS WILL NOT BE FULFILLED UNTIL A FULL PAYMENT FOR THE ENTIRE CART ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED AND PROCESSED.
Payments for consulting services will be determined at the time of your initial consultation. Your initial consulting services invoice with your payment schedule (if any) will be provided to you electronically at the completion of your initial consultation.
3.) Service Fees
If your payment is not received within fourteen (7) days of the due date listed on your invoice, you will receive an electronic reminder of your payment due. If your payment is not received within fourteen (14) days of the scheduled due date you will incur a one-time late fee in the amount of thirty dollars ($30). Additionally, access to your account and all associated tools and services will be suspended until we receive and process the full payment due including any late fees.
Each payment which is deemed late will incur a one-time late fee, to be paid prior to the commencement of any additional consulting services. If a late fee is issued to your account, you will receive an adjusted invoice, including all associated fees.
4.) Returns
ALL DIGITAL PRODUCTS ARE FINAL SALE AND RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Physical products may only be returned within 60 days of the date of delivery, with an original receipt by calling 1.617.905.6939.
All physical products are subject to a return shipping and restocking fee once the order is placed, except where defective or prohibited by law.
